I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were a huge bonus and had quick outdoor access to the pool area as well as the sports bar with a beautiful outdoor terrace. It was so convenient to have everything from room access to the card and even personal touches set aside by the bridal party, making them truly up to date in style and features.
The hotel is nestled in a lovely location surrounded by nature, but it was a tad small for my liking. The service was pleasant and accommodating, although it felt like they were not very invested. The morning dining experience was mostly good, though not exceptional.
The hotel had impressive bedding and modern amenities in the rooms, but the cleanliness was a major issue, and the outdoor areas had some maintenance issues. The service was top-notch and went above expectations, offering various convenient services. The location was safe and close to dining and shopping options, with a nice outdoor seating area, but lacked some activities during the stay. The dining options were limited and slightly overpriced. The hotel facilities needed better maintenance and care.
